ABOUT

As a video editor, I have a passion for creating engaging and impactful stories through visual media. I graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Film and Television Production, where I learned the fundamentals of filmmaking and editing, while also minoring in Business administration.

I have edited two UF senior thesis films, three short films, and am currently an assistant editor on two proof-of-concept short films that will hopefully be made into feature films. Within all those projects, I have been officially selected in over 10 film festivals, nominated as best editing at the Yale Student Film Festival, won 3rd place in narrative film at BEA Festival of Media Arts, and best Student Romantic Short at IndieX Film Festival.

I am proficient in showcasing my skills in narrative storytelling, pacing, and transitions through Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer, and Davinci Resolve. I also have experience in using other Adobe Creative Suite tools, such as Photoshop and After Effects, to enhance the quality and aesthetics of the videos. Additionally, I have camera skills that allow me to capture and frame shots effectively while working on set. I am eager to apply my editing and filmmaking skills to new and diverse projects in the industry.

I would also call myself a Lego enthusiast!
